This is nice to block out the sun since the visor is too short:

Also this is my preferred phone holder/charger. Works on Android too if you add a magsafe ring to your case or phone back:

A silicone license plate frame helps clean up the rear end and keep everything scratch free:

Finally, I would recommend placing PPF on the exterior cameras:

I’ve searched and can’t find an application for my ‘15 S for the Akebono pads, which I’ve used on other cars and love ‘em. Mind sharing the part number?

Akebono pads are only available for the front and rear Base brakes (up to 2021 I think). The Macan Base brakes (Brembo 4-piston front) are the same as some versions used on the 2009 to 2017 Audi Q5.

I suspect that there is an Akebono pad that fits the larger Brembo 6-piston front calipers used on the V6 Macans.....that caliper is not a unique design for the Macan.

Akebono omits pad fitting info for Porsche vehicles, probably because they have some agreement for that, due to them being an OEM supplier to Porsche.

Thank you, that matches what I've found. I'll dive back in and see if I can find an Audi 6 piston caliper that is the same and go from there. Again, just love the Akebonos, now have them on my '06 Boxster S as well -- excellent linear feel and no dust!

So, I did a little research, the 6-piston Brembo front calipers do seem to be a unique design for the V6 Porsche Macans.....

Darn, but thanks for the research. I have found another option or two for both ceramic pads and slotted rotors, I'm about 10,000 miles away from that at this point but I like to plan ahead.

Please post what you find. I didn't think any vehicle would have worse brake dust than my '14 X5, but wow, the Macan is close if not worse, haha!

My favs: Smoked side markers, Sprint Booster, tint inc. pano roof. Ceramic coated wheels with Gtechniq C5 wheel armour and they have been easy to clean. Second the silicone license plate frame mentioned by BMinSFL.

Many mods…most cosmetic. First, puddle lights. Then, checkered Coco Mats. Black ignition dummy key. MagSafe phone charger/mount and Porsche logo cup holder coasters. Then, tri-color key fob case from AliExpress.
Also installed Pedal Commander (a terrific “performance” mod) and door handle pocket inserts (also from AliExpress).
