I haven't read that BOSE or electric steering wheel columns are on hold or back order like they were in MY22/23... anyone have more current info? My dealer doesn't know squat and just says the factory accepted my build without comments on items that were not available.
**EDIT** I just spoke to the Sales Manager at my dealer and he said that the electronically controlled steering columns are all manual. That's very disappointing.

 

When it came time for my order to freeze, I was told that the GT wheels I ordered were not available so I had to go with plan b on wheels. There was no mention of Burmester amp being an issue. Our GTS sat at Emden for 4 weeks and now is in its 4th week at the dealer because it is missing the Burmester amp. Makes all the fretting over the Emden delay a moot point

 

That sucks. I hope I do not run into those scenarios on my build.

 

I took delivery of a MY2024 Macan S with Bose a week ago. Manual steering adjustment. No issues with any delays. Order to delivery was 12 weeks.
So sorry about your delivery delay because of the Burmester, I can understand your disappointment.

 

My freeze date is in 2 weeks and I was told I can’t get the GT design wheels in any color. No delay on Burmester but I’m willing to wait for the amp when it arrives stateside.
