Occasionally. If a good cleaning doesn't help, I found that this light coating helps:
Chemical Guys CLD30116 HydroView Ceramic Glass Cleaner, Water Repellent & Protective Coating
I've found that some of the heavier coatings tend to cause smearing of certain debris. I'm much happier just using the above a couple times a week when I clean the windshield.

I've had my car for 15 months and 6K miles. The windshield was ceramic coated with the rest of the car a month after delivery. Neither before or after that treatment have I had any kind of wiper issues, although I've read about what you're experiencing on other forums.
How long have you owned the car and was it always doing this? A little background might help.

Ceramic on glass here too, and no juddering *as long as the windshield is sufficiently wet with rain*. I have rain sensing wipers, and I think they are a little aggressive in their timing. Even on the slowest setting I get wipes when the windshield is barely wet sometimes (usually at higher speeds). When that happens, the passenger side wiper skips 2 or 3 times just as it's returning to rest. IMO, that's not the ceramic's fault, but a fault in how little rain causes the wipers to cycle. I believe it would happen without ceramic and seems to be only in the final few inches of travel just before rest, where the windshield is most curved.

Interesting comments. I frankly don’t know if they skipped pre ceramic because I had it applied right after delivery. Mine have skipped pretty badly since the beginning (post ceramic). I brought the car in and they did an adjustment of the pressure and changed the blades. Really didn’t help. When I brought it in the second time they asked about ceramic and basically blames it on that.
I do notice that when I spray with washer fluid the wipers don’t skip so it’s definitely a lubrication issue. You would think the ceramic would help that but it does not.
Maybe it’s the Porsche OEM wiper blades? I think I’m going to buy a different brand bland, polish the glass and see what happens.
Recommendations on wiper blades welcomed.
