GTS Oil consumption

My recently acquired 2015 Macan Turbo w/46k mi... took 1QT after 1,826 mi. BTW the car was serviced at P dealer frequently by PO, oil changes every ~5K mi.

Yes I did. That is what Porsche recommended.

BTW, I have over 1000 mi on the GTS and the oil level has not dropped at all from the day I got the car.

For 991.2 911's Porsche recommends 0W-40 for all temperature ranges. Alternatively, they recommend 5W-40 and/or 5W-50 for temperature range above -13F.

I stand corrected. I used 5W 40 not 5W 30. Just checked the empty Castrol containers in my garage.
