Just noticed this today on our new-to-us 2018 GTS, and not really sure I would have picked it up before I purchased sight unseen, that the leather dash to the right of the drivers dashboard hump has come un-glued and lifting up. Visually you really don't notice it, but I went to dust something off of it and discovered it.
We've not even owned the car a month, not seen or mentioned by the dealership, out of Porsche warranty but purchased with an aftermarket warranty.
Same thing happened to my 2018 GTS w/leather interior (in Florida) in the exact same location. I just got some spray upholstry adhesive, gave it a little spritz under the leather and put some weight on it to hold it down while the adhesive dried. Worked fine, no problem. If it's just a small area that's come loose you might want to mask off the leather to prevent any overspray...

This is a common problem that I’ve read about the last few years. All leather dashboards.
Yes, when you really look into the various forums you'll find you're not alone. Makes me seriously wonder about leather dashboards in hot climates. When you consider what heat cycling of various materials (leather, glue, plastic) and the expansion and contraction can do it makes sense.
I just never even thought about it. Live and learn.

How did you access the void under the leather if it was lifting from the bottom?
Mine lifted from the back (closest to the seats) edge. It was easy to just lift it up a little more, spray under it with adhesive and then put it back down. I put some SCUBA weight bags on it overnight while the adhesive set. Problem gone!

Before I jump in on this, any particular brand of adhesive? 3M?
