Windscreen replacement availability?
Just wondering if anyone knows what the availability is for replacement windscreens? Had a nice rock hit ours and so far the local windscreen places here in Northern California cant get any delivery expectations. Currently have a rather nice crack that I would like to get fixed, but wondering how long I might have to wait. Currently 2 weeks and still no delivery times.

Went through the Porsche dealer a couple months ago. New WS has to be calibrated with PWIS.

Thanks for the warning about PWIS - the glass company is trying to sell me an 'extra service' for that. But its going to the dealer for its service in a couple of weeks, so I will get them to do it then.

Porsche charged for the PIWIS reset. Went on my insurance claim, less deductible.

Just replaced mine. $1850 out the door. Took a few days to order, install and calibrate. SoCal.
