Had to adjust mine up to see anything but not so far as to blind oncoming. Ain’t nobody capping my baby.

Those anti-tamper caps are just press-fit onto the adjustment screw, they just pop out with a small flat blade screwdriver.....not much of a deterrence from somebody adjusting the beam aim.
