Raymond from InnovativeSoft installed fullscreen CarPlay on my wife's '22 Macan. We opted for the whole screen CarPlay (akin to PCM 6.0 on the '23 Cayenne and Panamera). Prior to install, Raymond thoroughly answered all our questions. The install was fairly straightforward and Raymond also spends as much time as you need explaining the handful of components you need to purchase prior to working his wizardry on your Macan.
Regarding any concerns about how to access the Porsche settings ("car" "apps" "factory" "devices") since it does not look like they are displayed with whole screen install, selecting the "Porsche" app within CarPlay gets you back to the original Porsche menu. I am also happy to report this software also retains all functionality with the Macan's backup and 360 camera while parking.
After almost a full month of use (installed June 21, 2023), I can say that it's a buttery smooth, OEM experience free of any glitches. If you are on the fence, trust me, Raymond knows what he's doing. This is an amazing upgrade to your Macan. The HD fullscreen functionality is beautiful. It is worth the price.

Recently got a '21 Macan. Was disappointed with the teeny tiny CarPlay screen and found it difficult to navigate. Found this solution from Innovative Soft on the Internets. Opted for the more expensive hi-res option with the larger buttons. Raymond worked me through the setup procedure, which was pretty simple. I'm skipping the photos since there are plenty posted above, but its a night and day different experience to have the full screen CarPlay, both for maps and even just navigating music. The HD version is not cheap but for me it was well worth the money, especially with the package deal that includes updating the Diamond button to be able to skip tracks. Hard to believe Porsche blew these two things so bad, but thanks so much to Innovate Soft for making it right!
Anyone have a video of this to show going from the standard default screen at startup to the full screen carplay and switching back to the default screen again? I'd like to see how that functions and looks.
