2018 Macan GTS - Mods you LOVE?

Just picked up a low mileage, stock '18 GTS. Really like the car, but wondering what mods you have done that you really like? Obviously a tune (which one?), I don't need it to be louder, I've heard about a throttle controller (or I've heard it called pedal box), etc.. Also interested in getting Apple Car Play, do I need a part for this or can it be a software adjustment? Appreciate your feedback.

I have a '18 GTS. Here are my mods:
1) Wireless Apple car play (bought unit online and plugs in where phone does);
2) Cobb tune with Flat6 Motorsports upgrade Stage 1;
3) Pedal Commander (game changer at low end);
4) High flow air filters and aftermarket covers allowing greater air flow through said filters (OEM covers only have small inlets);
5) Replaced OEM plastic diverter valves with better engineered metal ones;
6) Wheel spacers on front and rear wheels;
7) Niche Technologies convenience module;
8) Other cosmetic mods: installed metal grilles to cover air intakes in front bumper; rennline phone mount; carbon fiber paddle shifter extensions (love this one - the look - and actually functional); sequential turn signal lights on mirrors; smoked front turn signals on bumper, smoked film over rear reflecting strips in bumper and reverse light on hatch lid spoiler.
All mods installed myself and easy to do for the weekend mechanic.

Apologies - I don't recall the exact brand for the wireless unit but search this forum and online retailers as there are several out there.
