Has anyone taken delivery of a 2022 Macan GTS yet? I’d be very curious to hear how it drives and particularly how it would stack against Cayenne GTS with RWS/PDCC/PTV etc.

I have had my 22 Macan GTS since mid december and I absolutely love it. My benchmark porsche is my 2016 911 GTS. I always drive the Macan in lowered position. The macan can be a (relatively) soft and luxurious ride on normal mode, and a stiff sports car like ride in Sport and Sport + mode. It handles surprisingly well and is way faster than anyone would need. it really throws you back in the seat. The most fun driving is Sport + with manual mode "PDK". I have some complaints about the "manual" mode, but its not a sports car. Aesthetically I could not ask for more. Papaya with extended black leather and papaya stitching with 18 way seats. I just love the look and being inside of the car. And it sounds amazing from the factory, which is a first for porsche for me. I can't recommend this car enough.
I have not driven a cayenne GTS or turbo, but my wife is currently in the market for one. I have driven a few cayenne bases and S models and have no complaints. S model with 2.9L twin turbo (same engine as macan GTS) seemed plenty fast for me. Handling seemed great for an SUV (I daily a 2005 4runner as well). Stopped well too. They are much more roomy than the macan. The macan is really surprisingly small in the rear seat department. My 8 and 10 year old kids complain about the lack of leg room. I cannot fit my brief case of a grocery bag behind the front seats. Its a step up from the rear seats in my 911, but not by much. If space is a concern, don't get the macan.
Also the macan was great throughout the winter with a set of snow tires.

fathom an 8 YO being cramped in a Macan.
I've had 3 Macans in the last 6 years and my son and daughter (23 and 21 and average size) have never complained at all about the space, even on 7 hour trips including a small dog in between them.

My family is pretty short. I am 5'6" and my wife and daughters are 5'2"-ish. It's not knee-touching tight, but there is not a ton of room even for our "small" family. That being said, they fit and the GTS is a blast!! Hell, the 4 of us ride in my 964 911. ![Big Grin](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Ordered a Cayenne GTS coupe last week, but really torn on interior color. Did exterior in Quartzite Grey, and interior in Black/Barrique Red. Has anyone seen the Black/Barrique in person? I love the various brown interiors that I have had on my other current cars, and even past ones, but nothing available. I even asked if could do interior to sample, and they said no?

Make sure the Cayenne can fit in your garage… It’s big.
