Default Macan GTS Fueling issue

Hey Folk!

Went to fuel up my Macan GTS yesterday and for some reason, it would only take in fuel extremely slowly.. at a trickle. Same result at multiple pumps. Im going to try fueling it at another location shortly, but wanted to see if anyone else has ran into this before and have any idea why?

Cheers!

I had a friend with a similar issue in a Chevy. Someone had damaged the anti-syphon device when they attempted to steal his gas and the resulting splash-back caused issues with the pump handle shut-off.

Well it must have been the pumps at that particular station. I went to a different one and had no issue re-fueling. Strange.

Same problem today. Two things appeared to fix it;
1. The car was forward from hose exit from the pump (I straightened pump/nozzle handle).
2. The nozzle was not far enough into the cars filler location (I jammed it in).
Results, eureka it took the $4.69/gallon gas.

When that happens flip the nozzle upside down and fill it that way, which should take care of it.

Don't have my Macan yet, but my 911 acts that way when fueling. I'll try that method next time I gas up.
