Motion sickness problem

IME some people are just susceptible to motion sickness for a way a certain vehicle rides. It's not a problem with the car or the person, just the car and person don't jive for whatever reason. I doubt it's simply a stiff ride, as X2s ride stiff.
I would rule out all the potential culprits like you have been, including getting another Macan loaner. You may just find it's Macans in general.
I hope that is not the case but I've seen it before. If so, you'll unfortunately just have to get a different vehicle. You should be able to get out of it for far less than an $18K loss. I work in this space so happy to provide tips on minimizing loss if it gets to that point.
