This looks an an issue with your iPhone. Are you running a dated iPhone version or is your PCM dated that it can't update (what year is your car)? Contact Porsche Connect and/or check any release notes concerning compatibility of iPhones, Apple Car Play and PCM.

2019 car , have contacted Porsche connect but no success, they advised me to book into dealership, dealership have no idea what to do to delete the error message,
