Good for you! Enjoy your new car.
I hope this gets to be the norm! I think all the ordering and allocating and stuff may just be voodoo anyway. Best SWAG at the time. And when you do it for a living, you get great at it. l confess I am impressed that the 2022's seem to be arriving largely within a very small range of the original guess. Here is one that is actually early!
So glad they skipped the Jan 28 release date plan.
I am ready to be Done Waitin'.

For anyone on the east coast (or those willing to do PEC Atlanta or Euro Delivery) looking to order a 2022 Macan, I have a SA who may be able to help. No skin in the game for me. I believe he recently received allocations, and he's at MSRP for Base / S (I'd have to confirm about GTS)...may be able to extend a small courtesy discount depending on your location (emphasis on the word 'may'). You're welcome to PM me.

My first attempt to order a new Porsche (2022 Macan) from a So Calif dealer:
Late Aug - starting calling local dealers about GTS allocations. No allocations, but some said I could come in, fill out something, $2k or $2.5k deposit and I would be first or second once they get an allocation. I engaged and did this with a local dealer and was told I was first on the list for a GTS allocation. Dealer thought they would get several allocations Sept and Oct. Was told at the time, no dealers in US would see any S or GTS until April 1.
Early/mid Sept - stopped by the dealer a few times to see about my GTS allocation, nothing, but on the last visit was told someone had just cancelled an Aug S allocation, so I took it because the SA said there was word coming down that most Porsche dealers would soon not take anymore pre-orders and would charge $5k ADM for an S and $10k ADM for a GTS, once they come in. This was due to no inventory of any Porsche at dealers and they would need something to fill their showrooms. Confirmed in late Sept that several dealers started charging ADM for S & GTS.
mid Oct - v200 and freeze date of 10/31. Was shown per the dealer Porsche tracking screen that the car was due at the dealer by 1/28. Read somewhere that Porsche resolved a lot of part shortage and op issues in early Oct and moved in the April 1 delivery date to late Jan for the early (Aug/Sept) allocations.
mid Nov - car built 5 days ahead of schedule with no issues reported. Got the VIN #
Dec - car scheduled to go to Emden port 12/3 but got there 4 days earlier on 11/29. Was scheduled to leave Emden 12/24 (std 3wks after port entry), but found it left Emden (12/2) 3 days after arrival! Probably got a last minute spot on a ship ready to leave for Calif. Then std 4wks shipment to Calif (San Diego port).
Tracked the ship (vesselfinder) through the Panama Canal and then the Calif port changed from San Diego to Port Hueneme (Oxnard), and confirmed dock date of 12/26. Assuming no issues at port Hueneme, I should see it at the dealer 12/30 or 12/31.
I'm starting to get excited to start the new year with a new Macan S (PNTYNFB5). Gentian blue and leather pkg with blue stitching, carbon fiber interior trim, 18 way sport seats and GT leather steering wheel. Air suspension with PASM and sport chrono.

Great looking build. Mine has been recently ordered although I've still got several months of waiting ahead. I also ordered the Gentian blue with leather package w/blue stitching and look forward to seeing pics of yours.

I have a January build for a GTS and should see it by middle of March. So I am told. My buddy had one scheduled for December build and it already came in so maybe they were pushing some out before they closed for the holidays. Not sure. I hope to see mine in February.

Your Porsche SA has access to the Porsche tracking system. They won't give you copies but maybe allow you to take a screen shot on their computer.
An allocation gives you a commission number. This is the number that tracks your car.
I got my VIN number upon build completion and was told which ship it got on at Emden. Vesselfinder.com can track by ship name.

Hello all,
I ordered a 2022 base in October 2021.
The build was locked V250 on 11.19.2021.
It moved into body shop V260 on 12.02.2021.
It has just sat there since.
It was supposed to leave Emden V332 on 12.31.2021, and now my SA says that has been delayed and will not leave Emden until 03.11.2022!!!
Any ideas on what can be going on? Entered production on 12.02.21 and now not scheduled to exit production V300 until 02.18.2022.
I don’t understand how others are stating their production has been moved up and my production has started, and just now is delayed in that status.
Thanks for any input.

Went by my dealership and they had one slot left for 22 Macan S with April delivery. Went to V200 status on 1/8 (same day as ordering). Expected arrival on 4/22/22--then it goes for PPF and ceramic coating. First Porsche...counting the days!!!
