Brand new 2021 Mecan S. Entered the Porsche Connect pairing code into the PCM. When using the nav I cannot get any traffic lines to show up. I click on the traffic icon and it says Porsche Connect not available.

I've never seen a more convuluted system of logins and phone apps to get something built into the car to work before this model. The pcm sim card indicated green and connected, so what's missing here?

Having the same issue with the ‘21 Macan S I just picked up for my wife. Porsche seems clueless about the issue, as expected. Will report back if I hear anything or get it working.

I have been reading that some cars google earth is not working. Could these two things be related? I guess I should stop using waze and test out if its working in my car as well.
