PCM 3.1 is dain bramaged and does not auto adjust DST - or time zones for that matter.

I'm reminded of Lily Tomlin's sketch on the phone company - "We don't care, we don't have to."

 

I'm in a 2021 Macan loaner vehicle and I came here because I am dumbfounded why the clock reads an hour off. I changed the setting to manually adjust the time, but the car forgot my changes overnight - it insists on reading an hour early. It's pointing to the correct time zone, I guess its a DST issue.
