Default 2020 Macan discount

We were offered 4% off on a macan s, currently shopping around between the base and s. Seems a bit low but there must not be too many 20s sitting on the lot. From everyone’s experience, is this around the norm?

Please go here, get to page 12, and read through to the end. This should answer your question and give you all that is needed to get both you and your dealer a fair deal. https://rennlist.com/forums/992/1121...-992-a-12.html

+1 on what PorscheMeister42 said. As a quick reference we got 8% on a special order for the 2020 S. Dealer also offered 6% on ED.

That's insane! Glad it happened for you, but dealers have a $3,000 bill that goes against the ED car. So that in addition to your order discount is pretty steep for that dealer. Each EU trip costs the store $3,000 to cover the hotel stay, tour, complimentary insurance (14 days and under I think is covered) and anything else Porsche has tied into the delivery process.

What you are not stating is that the dealer will get an extra car that isn't counted against his allocation to help defray the cost.
