I want to change the S on my '19 Macan to Red...anyone find a suitable one? Or, just pull it off paint it and re glue it.
Or mask and spray paint?

 

Try someone who does pin striping, or go to a sign painter. They would know what holds up to the elements the best.

 

Buy the “S”, spray paint it and apply it if it looks good. Worth a shot. Folks paint interior plastic pieces frequently. Hopefully it will hold up on exterior

All the ones I see listed are over 2" high, the S on my 19 Macan is about 1 1/4"
I popped it off and spray painted it with Rustoleum Red that I had in the shop, hopefully the silicon glue will keep it on.
I have tape securing it till tomorrow...I'll report....(and TRY to post a picture)

 

Tha Amazon one is the same size as what came off the car. For the price it beats having to go buy a can of red paint and deal with the drips, plus free pre-sticky on the back. Use dental floss to remove the OEM.

 

OOPS I see that there are 2 sizes listed, and the dimension, I saw as 2" is the width ...not the height (Note ...READ MORE CAREFULLY)...
But I had some paint so I did it, if it doesn't work out I'll definitely buy the red one (Porsche should have made it in RED)

I had mine done with Plasti Dip when I got it in 2014. It still looked the same when I sold it in 2018.

 

Should have painted your license plate to match!

 

The red S has to be worth at least 10HP! I like it.
