What is the Wah-Wah sound?

Have a Macan as a loaner, and it constantly makes this sound from the dash. Did the google and thought it might be the speed alert (odd idea for a Porsche), but it does it at any speed including braking.
thanks

There is an annoying lane departure warning alert, sometimes accompanied with steering wheel vibration. There is a way to turn off the basic warning, as well as the optional warning. Optional one is a button on the right side of central instrument cluster.

^^ Thanks!
I swear I wasn't drunk – just testing the handling (which is really quite good).
Coming from an '06 Cayenne S, I'm not impressed with all of the 'nanny' characteristics of newer cars. Shut up and drive.

I told a friend that a Macan would make a very poor rental fleet vehicle. There are far too many things a driver really needs to know about, and even if the driver learns the most important buttons to push, the key memory feature will scramble many settings every time the car is unlocked, and the others have hard defaults, invoked on each startup.
A dealer issuing one as a loaner should really reset everything, disable the key memory feature, and give the driver some basic instruction.
I think there should be one more button, in a contrasting color, labeled "Basic" that makes the car behave as much as possible as an old Honda. Imagine: each time you get in, everything is exactly the same as when you got out!

Wah-wah
You've given me a wah-wah
And I'm thinking of you
And all the things that we used to do
Wah-wah, wah-wah
Wah-wah
You made me such a big star
Being there at the right time
Cheaper than a dime
Wah-wah, you've given me your
Wah-wah, wah-wah
Oh, you don't see me crying
Oh, you don't hear me sighing
Wah-wah
I don't need no wah-wah
And I know how sweet life can be
If I keep myself free, wah-wah
I don't need no wah-wah
Oh, you don't see me crying
Hey baby, you don't hear me sighing
Oh, no, no, no, no
Wah-wah
Now I don't need no wah-wahs
And I know how sweet life can be
If I keep myself free of wah-wah
I don't need no wah-wah
Wah-wah, wah-wah, wah-wah
Wah-wah, wah-wah, wah-wah
Wah-wah, wah-wah

I enjoy threads like this one.
By the way, I believe the lane departure warning sound attempts to mimic the sound and feel of hitting rumble strips, as New York has employed on most highways. I suppose I should get used to them, but 1) I've noticed that truckers on the Interstate like to bounce off them while doing something distracting - they err to the right, if anything, and wait for the sound to tell them to look up. It's a bit unnerving to pass a trucker doing this. And 2) when placed along the center line of state highways, they discourage people from giving bicyclists as wide a berth as they might otherwise (cyclists had to campaign to keep the DOT from putting them in the shoulder).
