Default Well, that did not go well.

I want to apologize for being a part of some unhappy stuff in this forum recently. What was intended only be discussion on living within posted limits turned into something far away from anything I expected or anticipated and I am embarrassed on my part. I’ll shut up and go fix cars for a while.

You have nothing to be embarrassed about.

You did nothing wrong. And you certainly didn't whine. I took your post in the way you said it was intended.

The only thing that could be questioned is the exact reason why VR was banned in another forum.

Knowing you, I'd say you stated your understanding of the situation.

Let me give you an additional perspective Kurt, and take it as what it is, my opinion.

Various moderators appeared to me to be taking care of business just fine and several times I thought things were quieting down. When you made your first post, I didn't see it as necessary, but realized it is your place to say what you feel you need to say. VR responded, saying that you didn't have the facts straight, but said something like "I got it". I thought he responded to others another time that "I got it", but I haven't reviewed the entire thread. When I saw your second post, again explaining what should go on in a paddock, and how one needs to act differently for differing audiences, my reaction (to myself) was "enough already!". I was beginning to wonder if the new plan not only allows for demerits for poor behavior, but also gives bonus "brown nose" points for repeating what a moderator has said at least once.

Anyway, that was my reaction. I have no knowledge of anything else that has happened off line.

***Yeah, and when you collect enough brown nose points, the mods and admins will chip in 50% of their salary as a reward!

For guys who like to spin a lot of yarns, you all are getting quite humorous on the subject. If I had to say, you are all becoming a bunch of Knitwits.
