There are not many, but we usually catch them quickly. All of them, in the past, have been from outsiders - generally a new user spamming the boards or someone new wanting to post OT videos. Either one of the mods will see it or the post gets reported and handled quickly.

In this particular case, I saw the post and tried to take care of the situation, but the site went into shutdown for the upgrade before I could handle the situation. John D, being on top of things, took care of the post.
