I don't need to be on no stinking list . . . I know who I am and where I'm at . . . I just don't know how fast I'm going . . . I think my tach is stuck at 3k again.

Very astute. Apparently you've proven that quantum superposition as defined in quantum mechanics can be applied to your droving too. Schrodinger found the exact same same thing, except he used a cat.

I'm glad that somebody got my humor in that post, Steve.

Being observed would certainly change your behavior at a quantum level but things at that level tend to move very fast and therefore should not even be contemplated by team members. Remember, there is another list.

Yes, but he paradoxical nature of it makes us fit right in.

Yo . . . ever heard of anti-matter? Anti-gravity? The theory that there is a parallel universe? Think of anti-speedy.

Hmmm. Some explain the mysteriously low relative strength of the gravitational force by saying that it is inversely proportional to the number of theoretical dimensions or "parallel universes" if you will.

Are you saying that some of our speed is being sucked into other dimensions? Would a LSD help?

LSD would surely help -- oh wait, you were referring to a differential.

Nah, they only work in two dimensions but maybe the occasional fast lap can be explained by flashbacks?

How about Anti-Apex? It works quite well on my car.

LSD does not help. Ask Robert Henricksen. He's seen my droving.

I have the LeMans sponsor poster on my office wall but never made the official list.

What does it take to make it official. Slow car, slow driver........I am my biggest fan.

That makes two of us. I prefer the poster over being on a list. I usually make a different list.......
