The committee that may or may not exist may or may not have been busy with other uhhh... pressing team matters.

So what does the membership think? (Yes, I know... "thinking" is a rather rare occurence around here, but I think I have John D convinced it actually does happen occasionally)

Personally I'm leaning to granting full membership privileges to both, though I'm considering starting Capt. Slow at Private or perhaps Corporal at most.

I think we need more evidence from these two victims er, candidates that they meet the proper criteria for this esteemed membership.

Not enough eveidence has been offered up in either case for me. I think a resubmission would be better for each of them, unless they want to wait for someone to find their original apps.

And, I suggest Private Slow. We already have Corporal Punishment.
