Make mine permanent. Once I find something I like, I tend to stick with it.

I'll take a half dozen permanent ones. As Mike knows, my car doesn’t go to the track without a turtle or two.

Back to our regularly scheduled program:

In case anyone is wondering, I'm in a holding pattern until I hear back from Vinyl Man on approximate pricing. At that point, I'll let you know, take a tally of how many we want to tell him to gear up for, and get the ball rolling. From listening to folks, I'm thinking we'll have 24"x6" in reusable vinyl, and both 24x6 and 12x3 in permanent. We'll leave them rectangular, and folks can trim them if they want. The permanent ones can be made magnetic by sticking them to magnetic sheeting. Vinyl man will have a web site with a private login though which you'll be able to purchase them directly from him. I'll give the username & password to BT, and you'll be able to PM either of us to get them.

Stay tuned...

The smaller one sounds much better for me. The dang Mazda ***** require so many stickers on my SM that I barely have room for paint! Thanks for doing this, Mike.

Bonni, I thought that the stickers were what holds them together.

LMAO, Larry. Nahhh . . . it is the RUST that holds these old spec cars together. But only on the quarter panels and the sides. The rest is aluminimun and fiberglass.

Can I order a couple? It'd look good next to my "Big Belly Racing" stickers on the desert toy trailer.

As my first official act, I'd love to have some--I'll put them on all of our blue flags.

Hi folks,

I talked with Vinyl Man today. He is still trying to find the appropriate material for reusable stickers. We're going to try to use a material like what Solotime uses. In the mean time, we're going to have permanent and magnetic stickers available in 24"X6" and 12"x3" sizes. (aside: every time I type those sizes I think about Spinal Tap and the 18" tall Stonehenge). The larger size will be in the ~$25 - $30 range. The smaller ones quite a bit less, as he can print a bunch in bulk for pretty cheap. Probably will be an extra charge for the magnetic ones, but I doubt much. Once I get more firm prices, I'll let you know, probably get another reading from you on how many to have him make, and then following that have information on how to order. Stay tuned...

They should look great on your race car. Don't you want a big one for your trailer?

Of course, and we'd expect no more!
