Do we want Frances back?

I've talked this over with John D, the moderators and VR.

At times, having Francis around was amusing. But his baggage was boring.

Do we want to allow him one last, irrevocable chance?

No swearing, no use of "tards", no insults on his part, no homophobic or racist rants. He claimed to want decency before he started slinging homophobic racist rants. If he violates that, permanent bannage.

This would be his last chance.

And this would allow him to met Dave at TWS wihout any excuses. Especially the calculated contrived ones.

Do we want to give him one more chance?

What do you all think?

(personally I was looking forward to that September weekend in Texas.)

For what ever it is worth I vote no. The atmosphere here is so much better. There is no way he could come here and conduct himself accordingly. He has proven it time and again. As for TWS he has already pulled out because they would not let him in for free. On top of that he is selling the car he was supposed to do the challenge in. I don't see any upside to letting him back in.

I was about ready to leave the GR forum at the point that Frank imploded. It is so much better here now. If JD wants to allow Frank back on rennlist, I say put a GR forum back up, but leave the new HWFMR forum too. I'm betting most of us will stay right here and let Frank talk to himself.

So... I vote no Frank in the HWFMR forum.

Actually, what if we allowed a group of banned users to have their own cage? Frank, RedUFO, and that guy from New Zealand can all sling poo at each other.

I like this new Forum, so why soil it?

I don't believe that he would do anything but tell us, and all his other juvenile friends, how we couldn't live without the great GhettoRacer, and then would proceed to bore us with his lies, excuses etc. I also believe that he would never show-up at the Texas show down, and planned to pull out of the registration and to sell the car long before he was banned here. He has been given many chances to change his ways. I don't think he is capable of acting differently.

Lets keep this Forum for our own lies and excuses!

I would say that he certainly doesn't deserve to be reinstated based on his recent over the top obnoxious behavior. I'll also say that I will miss being entertained by his ludicrous claims of superior droving skill, and his pathetic attempts to become a pro drover. Its rare to encounter someone who manages to screw up everything as badly as he does. Mike's monthly results audit would be sufficient, but I don't know how Mike can continue it without GR providing the material.

I vote yes, if it means we have a chance to see VR kick GR's butt all over TWS. (I'll be there)

But, does anyone here _really_ think that GR would show up to TWS? Again, he doesn't have a pot to p*ss in, let alone money to come down to Texas to prove he is <5 seconds slower than VR...

Why would him coming here have anything to do with him actually showing up at TWS? Besides that we have already seen that he isn't registered and is selling his car.

I don't believe for a minute he ever had intentions of showing up. In fact I believe his meltdown was to intentionally get banned so as not to face the music. If he really wanted to go to Texas he would find a way to do that without this board.
I say for those that want to have contact with him give out your email addy to him and get all the BS you could ever want.

Oh and one side note. He is still here reading everything even though he isn't posting.
