You can probably follow his posts and see exactly when he got the email telling him it was time to pay up or lose his spot. At that point, even though he never intended to show anyway, he went into full panic mode and decided that getting banned was the only way he could "save face" and go out still believing he's a winner in his own head. Hilarious.
While it is good to be rid of his rancid posts, I think it would have been better all around, for him to have been moderated, rather than banned, until after TWS. He got the easy way out with banning and will claim that he could not complete the bet because he was banned from the board where he needed to finalize the details. He will claim that VR made that happen in order to get out of the bet.

Yes, we all know that is BS, but it gives him an out that he didn't deserve.

The guy has found an all time new low. I mean, I've heard of chickening out, but this is beyond even that. The words escape me -- and you all know I'm one for many a word.

I believe you hit the nail on the head, Bryan.

All true, although AFAIK all the details were already ironed out.

Yet where can he make these bogus claims? Certainly not here.

Why do I have this song in my head . . .

"Nuh nuh nah nah, nah na nah nah, hey hey hey, GOOD BYE."

I can't get it to go away. Maybe I should put on some ACDC or something.

He's now trying to sell the car that was to be used in the challenge:

If it wasn't already obvious that he never intended to show up, it is now.

Word is that he demanded to be in the advanced group, or an instructor, so he wouldn't have to pay for registration.

He was told to pound sand, and then withdrew his registration.

So HE backed out, by choice.

What a C---O---W---A---R---D.

Be grateful that he won't be at TWS. Think of all those Porsches that will go home unscathed now.

How much would the regular registration have been?
