I'm calling you out, you old beer fart.
this is the MF Beer Charity Challenge.
You and me.
You tell me your favorite beer.
I bring a 12 pack of it, and 12 packs of four other beers. One of them may come from the stable of a certain brewery in Golden. (You know the color of that weak stream you look down and see after you've been dranking a while.)
I'm saying the old beer fart snob can't pick his fave in a blind taste test.
If you win, we start drinking the rest.
If I'm right, we start drinking the rest.
What's left at the end of the evening, we give to charity.
You in, Bull belch ? Go big or go home!

Yeah, my father in law grew up in PA and always has that in the fridge. I think 1856 comes to mind. Weren't the dinosaurs around back then building the pyramids?

Right now the wife and I are in teh middle of our 7th straight batch of a very hoppy American Pale Ale tyring to make it perfect.
However in my fridge I have a 36 can chest of PBR and a case of Coors Light. 2 of my favorites when it's hot outside.
I'll have to remember to brew a batch for TRAC this year. Maybe I can use it to get people to let me shower if I camp out in my van.

We've never had home brew before.
Have you ever tested the percentage alcohol?

Mike,
you gonna be in Wyo June30/July1?
Montana PCA is doing a DE in Lewistown, MT. You should make the trip up. I think it's like 6-7 hours. You should at least bring your street car. If you're nice I might let you play with teh FC car. Fees are only like 40-50 bucks for two days of nearly unlimited track time.

Depends,
The APA I've been doing is roughly 4-5. I did an Imperial stout that was 13 and didn't taste it. Man did it kick my *** a few times.

I'll be in Chicago. We're doing a few things there, then on to Gingerman.
It sounds like a good event.
I am planning on doing a couple DEs in the coupe with the local PCA region at Miller Motorsports Park. There's also a hillclimb in September at Grand Targhee. Offs in hillclimbs are little more dramatic than they are on a road course.
