A real factory 914-6 is fairly rare, particularly unmodified examples. There weren't many produced, using the 911T 2.0L 6cyl engine. You will find many conversions at the track, where people have taken 914 and replaced the 4 cyl motor with a 3.0L, or 3.2L 911 engine, or larger.
