Also, there are many (maybe a dozen or so) "street" trim Honda cars that does high 9's @ 140+ MPH. These cars can be built for hmm, maybe $25-30k. maybe even less.

in the old list there were quite a few hi 9's really low 10's SFWD cars. you need about 800 whp and car weights about 2400 lbs ish in street trim.

In that list you presented us with, the fastest time was a 10.89. Where are these 7s you were talking about? And where (as you stated) are these high 9s? I'm confused.

Lol. Nah, I just wanna see these times. I've friends with Corvettes, Vipers, etc., that can't better even an 11 or maybe a 10. Usually they run in the 12s and 13s. A seven-second *anything* is rare, as far as I can tell.
