a) sorry but according to the website of the company you're using as a reference they clearly don't cover racing. We've attached a picture from the site directly which you're open to read and search yourself.

Line 1 item 3

b) Sorry no-where in the Porsche Warranty does it state any Porsche is covered for racing. We've also attached pictures of the warranty clearly stating they DO NOT cover racing / track use. We've also the link from Porsche directly for reviewing.

please review page 9-10, 15 and 30 all pages clearly state racing is not covered.

You're 100% right we're the new kids on the block and yes it's going to be tough to let all the Porsche owners open up to a new brand but one thing for sure we never shoot from the hip Sir.

We'll always stand behind our product even more so than other companies which warranty wheels for 3 years vs our limited life time warranty.

No matter what we stand behind our product 100%. Obviously each case is a case by case situation that will need to be investigated before we can make a final decision just like any other company.

It seems to me that the highlighted wording in red above could very easily be interpreted as someone shooting from the hip without having done research on the subject matter.

I realize its tough to be the new kid on the block when entering a field with established players. That just means one has to try, at least, twice as hard. Especially in today's world with everything being connected and visible due to the net.

According to Porsche the word " Track " is clearly stated in the warranty as well and will not be covered.

Doesn't matter if you're driving 180mph or driving 1mph on a track your Porsche warranty is NOT covered just like the Porsche manual states.

Bottom line is that we'll stand behind our product.

Thats all nothing more to be said about this topic.

I appreciate your continuing to engage with the community on these issues. It would be way worse for all of us if you stayed quiet and we weren't able to see for ourselves RTF's questionable morals, ethics, and business practices. Just keep digging buddy.

RTF, you appear to be interested in addressing reader comments. Why don't you demonstrate your sincere interest and explain how your wheels sold as forged are in fact cast aluminum that has been machined, as shown in earlier posts on this thread? There are plenty of intelligent people reading this thread to see your intelligent explanation.

Separate the issues:
1. Your shipping and customer experience is very poor - you have taken money and not delivered product according to customer expectations
2. You have customers breaking your wheels - and your response is "well you used them on track so too bad" - how often do you see posts of busted OEM, BBS, Forgeline, or CCW wheels?
3. You have called the company "race tech forged" which implies 2 things: the technology is from racing and that the wheels are forged - See #2 and #4
4. There is conjecture at the moment that your wheels are actually CAST and NOT Forged

Let's face it, unless you are prepared to deal with all 4 of these in a very customer focused, customer outcome based way, your time being able to juice more $ out of Rennlist members is going to be limited.

RTF/RTM seems to be forgetting that the GT4 came with a special booklet detailing driving on circuit, track, the updated maintenance requirements to maintain warranty.

Correct, and the only warning in the GT4 track manual was about using racing slicks due to the higher G loads generated.
