Default Carbon Bucket Headrest & Bolster Protectors

All, many of the 997 GT3 crew had these on their cars back when people actually drove them and they weren't bubble wrapped.

I'm going to work with the guy who made these (he's here in SoCal) to come up with a set of headrest protectors for the 918 seats.

He also makes bolster protectors (that he has now) that aren't quite as fancy as the other ones people have come up with. Me being a more function over form guy... would prefer to save a few $ on these, they worked very well on the GT2 seats. I've installed a couple pair of them.

See this thread for an example of the headrest and bolster protectors:
https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...rotectors.html

This thread is an example of what the HANS and Helmet will do to your seats. All my recaro seats ( have 2 sets in 2 cars) have these marks and wear on the head rests. Recaros don't care, $10k fancy carbon buckets... I'll put a diaper on them.

Anyway, if there is interest let me know, I'll point him to this thread once we get a template made up.

I'm interested in the the bolster protectors. I left in the "pillow" on the GT4 headrest purely for my helmet and it has seemed to work.

Edit: I'm in for both.
