Looks good, I like Suntek Carbon, but here in the Republic of Tejas, It's difficult to pass annual inspection if your windows don't pass at least 30% light. I had my E39 540 fail inspection when I moved to Tejas from OK. They put a light meter on the inside of the window and measured transmission....
Have 35% on all my cars, GT4 included. Various manufacturers (3M, HuperOptik, Lumar, Suntek), and funnily enough have had issues only with the most expensive one (HuperOptik)

Thanks. The different brands and types within a single brand can have color shift from grey, to green, to blue. I like the SunTek Carbon color. I don't think it's a ceramic or nano-technology. I had it on my E92, but it was 30%. I like the lighter tints, 45% looks about right.
