Default Looking for GT4 in Bay Area

I'm looking for a new or low mile GT4 with the adjustable seats due to back issues. My preference is a lower optioned car. I just looked a a couple that have 6kish miles and are $10 to $15 over msrp.

I'm in the SF Bay Area which may be part of the problem. I'd expect to have 2 or 3 track days/year, so a track modded car wouldn't make sense. Plus, I just like Porsche as stock.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Martin

May I make the recommendation of finding a bucket car, swapping seats with a fellow owner and pocketing 8-12k?

Niello in Sac has a 1300 mi pre owned. Looks like it has extended leather and the buckets. The asking price is bit high but I was on their list for over a year and they did the deal at msrp so I bet you will be able to deal. And then like ChrisF says do trade on the seats and you will be in the car for less than base price.

Pm me if you want contact info. Good luck

Are people really paying $8k for buckets and a swap? Yikes

I was speaking with one of the guys in Niello. He had a guy back out on a GT4 delivery and offered to me at $25k over. Granted, I haven't bought anything from them. They didn't seem very interested in negotiating much on the pre-owned. The asking is $15k over msrp.

It seems like pricing on the GT4 not going down or letting up. I thought by now lightly used cars would be below MSRP by ~5000

It may not be the color you want, but Porsche McKenna down in SoCal has a Racing Yellow GT4 that has been sitting around for months. Haven't looked into it for a few weeks, but I was offered $5k over, and I'm almost certain they would move it at MSRP if you can talk the talk.

I like the color, but it isn't my first option, so I passed on it and now I have a White GT4. It does have 18 way and PCCB and it's fairly loaded. I think MSRP is like $113k, I could be wrong.

Give them a call and talk to Polo, up to you OP. Good luck!

The yellow GT4 at McKenna is still there because they wont deal and it's loaded with silly options.

I've had interest in mine from several without any intend on my part to advertise. Just simple cold calls at events. They were all thinking the same as you. For some odd reason they don't believe me when I turn down their unsolicited offer and keep telling me to call them first when I decide.

Yes loaded with small things that don't make sense but if OP is looking for 18-ways then it could be a viable option if they sell at MSRP. Just throwing out possible options.
