Replacing Lip
Ok, did this a bunch of times on my 997 GT3. Two screws, pull down; push new one in, screw back in; done!
Pulled the two end screws, pulled and nada. What am I missing? Explain to the moron how it's done

When I did this I had to pull harder than I expected. The shark tooth part is on the top, so pulling up will jam the tooth, pulling down might work better. It's easier once you get around the corner toward the front of the car. Good luck.

pull HARD like you are trying to pull the whole car into the trailer, firmly, slightly downward
only two screws at each end.

One of the benefits of the tapered "shark tooth" profile is you can get a tool in behind it and release each tab clip
