Sooner. Heroic Leader already left Long Beach and should be in San Diego a lot sooner than the 13th. I expect it to be there tomorrow and, unless there is traffic congestion in the berths, car will start offloading on the 10th.

Thats optimistic... Mine literally sat anchored off Coronado for 2 days before she docked as scheduled on the San Diego port schedule.
I would be surprised if Heroic Leader docks ahead of its scheduled day/time to dock. I say that because my ship and my other friends ships also sat off Coronado island until the ships docked on their scheduled times.

Anything is possible but your ship's mooring for 2 days is not typical. As of right now, berth 24-10 where the HL is supposed to park will be freed by tomorrow and there would be no reason for HL to park outside for 2.5 days.
Mine took about a week but it arrived at port Memorial Day weekend then Houston had some crazy floods. Hopefully that was the delay! My car is going to Tulsa so I probably needed to wait for a horse drawn car carrier!
No good reason for it to be moored outside as berth 24-10 is ready for it. OTOH, PDI doesn't work on weekends, so nothing would happen until Monday anyway.
