We have one last revision to test this morning. Then a few adjustments as we have been doing and then we should be done with the header development then we will be focusing on a finalized tune

When do you think we will see something with the exhaust rear section as well?

We have built a prototype rear section and have more to do with that here soon. The prototype built may be a little loud for some, probably just as loud as a Gt3 with our race headers and side deletes. We do plan on building these with valves to keep it quiet under normal use and keep drone down

Good question CarAholic. Do you, Dundon, anticipate more revisions beyond Rev2?

If a tune is in the cards (and with the powerband gains everyone should consider it) the nice thing with using the Cobb Accessport for tuning is you can put it back to stock, remove it and put it back on the car easily and quickly if you need to take it in for service...
Is the Cobb Accesport similar to use as the GIAC controllers used in VAG cars?

Not sure, but is a handheld loader and logger that allows you to switch between tunes easily and quickly!

Rev 3 is the final iteration! We're getting it tidied up and taking it to the track next week to beat on it. Stock tune in the morning, tuned in the afternoon. Have to rework some spots on the tune as the rev3 made almost as much as the rev2 with tune in some spots!!

Charles, I may need a set for the Smokies Fall event. It would be nice to compare Matt's GT3 to a GT4 with your headers.

Meet in September. I'll leave a couple of days early.

Thanks

Lots to do between then and now, can't promise anything as we still have to build the final prototype from the bends we would order for the production pieces to check fitment, build the final jigs, etc. But we're pushing as we're as excited to get them into your hands as you are to get them!

Wow, tremendous gains!

To be honest, I'm not familiar with Dundon at all, but all of the GT3 guys have been drooling over the prospect of a Dundon GT4 header since last year. Now I see why. Subscribed!
