Used GT4 available in SoCal. Well appointed.
My CA advised that they have the following GT4 with 600 miles on the odo. Appears to be well optioned. If anyone is looking for a similar build, contact Ryan Flores at McKenna Porsche for more details. 714.595.6250

Here's the listing on their website:

Is $17K over MSRP really the going rate for a used GT4 right now?

I wonder what all these dealers with their hidden holdout allocations are going to do when the GT4 ship sails..
1. Build it themselves on how they think a potential buyer will spec it and then sell it on their showroom floor?
2. Lose the allocation all together as time ran out for their production?
3. Sell at MSRP or lower to just get the sale ?
we are winding down...

I'm about six or eight weeks away from getting serious about buying either a 997.2 GT3 or a GT4. Think either will scratch the itch that my daily doesn't quite get.
As such, I've started watching the market fairly closely. There are GT4s that would make me happy and are in the $100K range. Example (https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...7455/overview/). I'm not sure why the dealers seem to think people will pay upwards of $30K more than that. My bet is the market will correct pretty soon. May mean I have to wait a tad longer than I want to get one.
Related - Was at the dealer in Nashville and they had one they were prepping for delivery. Said they didn't go over sticker on it. And that they might have one more (already configured) that could be had for sticker. I've followed up but to no avail.
I guess this is all just capitalism (and par for the course in the Ferrari world) but it annoys me that these cars end up back on dealer lots with low miles simply so speculators can make a fast buck.

the lowest they went for out of state buyers was $12.5K over...I heard of someone driving down to the dealership and they offered it up for $10K....but again that's still $10K over MSRP.

And it sucks for those of us hunting. Porsche dealers seem to option the cars up with bling (sorry I said it) that does nothing for me except run up the MSRP. But more cars on dealer lots will help with the market correction - I suspect.

I saw this car on Sat. They are asking $129k. It is there 918 owners car (not a dealer spec as speculated above) that they are now selling. Those are NOT an easy 600 miles. The car has been tracked. I do think they are negotiable.
