Ok. So -- if you are into GT4, you love performance more than expensive. Another vote for Casio here :-) Chronograph, solar, time and date Fort Collins synchronized, never more than 1/2 sec. off, and classic look. Hard to beat. And plenty left over for another set of tires and many tanks of gas!.

BP is an iconic watch but given its size it is very polarizing. It was my first attraction to the brand. I’ve tried moving on from IWC but they’re so good to me (watch making classes, tons of freebies: (extra straps, cuff links, books, stationary, umbrellas, caps etc), their private events with prototype unveiling, film festivals, SIHH tickets (2020) offered and a “special project” that’s currently in the works!) they are a very personable company, they really treat me like family. That being said, I just closed on a Saxonia WG Moonphase! (I feel like I’m cheating 🤭🤭

Speedy Broad Arrow today....
No way I ever trade my Sea Dweller circa 2007...my first nice watch. Too much life history with it. My son can hock it lol...
My wish list includes a SS Daytona (like everyone else), a Portugeiser Chrono, a Heuer Monaco, a Panerai Radiomir Black Seal, an...etc lol.
Not an inspired or cultured list. But they are what I like. What can I say....

But my first Omega was many years ago and born of a desire to own a IWC FA Jones, which, at about $12k for steel iirc, was just not gonna happen in my life at that time. I found a Polish watchmaker converting old pocket watches and he made me a gold wristwatch out of a 1919 hunter-style small pocket watch (45mm) with the stem at 3:00. Cal. 74. Cost about $2500.
For comparison, the FA Jones:
