To get to the engine bay the coyote would have gone thru me too so no 4.0 rebuild is OK. It is covered by insurance so I'll be getting about 18 years of premiums back .
SOO glad to hear it! (That insurance is paying out, not giving you a hassle, and that you're OK... not that the car has $18k of damage!)
Just had a great 2 hr drive through some fantastic roads with a couple of friends Nice way to get a feel for the car and its handling characteristics. Also I am over 900 miles so close to letting it rip!
I didn't do it today, but last Saturday on the way to Monterey I hit a coyote. $18,000+ in damage. I think PETA may also have a warrant out for me because the coyote died.

Rallyeporsche, Sorry do have any pictures? I'll never forget I had a new 993TT and had just put new springs on it and aligned it going to show a friend and a woman ran a stop light and hit me in the LF. $35,000 damage and that was in 95.
Had it fixed then moved to santa barbara had it parked on the street and some guy with no drivers license or insurance slammed into it for another $68000 in damage. Took the cash and sold it to the body shop for $50k so i got my $118,000 back. What a nightmare!
I think some cars are just not meant to be. I hope it works out for you. carl
Just put these in last night. i really like the gts tinted tail lights much better than the stock gt4 tail lights, they just look more "special" and are more befitting of a gt car in my opinion.
these DO look really nice....instead of all Red, you have some more clear lens and tinted as well....The Price on Suncoast Parts is for "Each" light.
