Default Geeking out because my GT4 has now moved out of production

My GT4 went into production a few days early and I got an email from my SA this morning letting me know it finished production yesterday.

What's really cool, at least if you're a geek like me, is that yesterday (Veteran's Day) is actually my son's birthday too! So my now 5 year old and my dream car share a birthday!

The anticipation is killing me but I've sold my M3 and can not wait.

Congrats on both counts.

Congrats, That's great news. When were you originally scheduled for production? How much earlier? My Scheduled completion date is 1/22.

Thanks.

The original estimate was to complete production tomorrow (11/13) so it's really just two days early. Just a weird coincidence.

And in case anyone is curious, my build includes LWB's.

Thanks! I'm in banking so one of the only perks left in my line of work, is that I'll always have my son's birthday off. We had an AMAZING son and dad day yesterday, despite me fighting a gnarly cold, but it somehow just got a little bit better. I'm not sure who is more excited about the new P car, me or my boy!

Good for you! Mine ended up 3 weeks early (scheduled for 10/29 but arrived 10/9) and was quite a suprise. I had just barely sold my former CR and was very lucky the new car didn't show up any sooner. I was mid-renovation on my garage and had to park my new gt4 in a construction area but I made it work

Nice! I've never bought a car that wasn't basically a spur of the moment buy - literally I will wake up one day and decide to buy a car. I don't know how I'm supposed to wait 5 months for this thing - it's driving me nuts.

I'd make a smart *** comment but with the predictions of an El Niño to rule them all, I don't want to poke fate in the eye
