18" or 19" rims on GT4

What's the barrel ID on the TCIII's?
I know Forgeline 19s (barely) fit over the 410 mm PCCBs. Calipers are effectively the same as the 380 mm cast iron. The math suggests the right barrel 18s should have .1" more clearance. If we know the barrel ID of the TCIIIs we should be able to compare and confirm.

Suffice to say the barrel was jamming over the caliper but the rim was almost seated so it was pretty close.

Has anyone made any progress on 19" (on PCCB cars)?
Seems like there are reports of HRE having one that clears the GT3 PCCB (same brakes, but CenterLocks). Also Forgeline's GA1R?
Any others? I sent HRE a message, and have not spoken with Forgeline yet. An OZ, Volk or Advan option would be cool.

1. dont believe in offsets. they are numbers, it has nothing to do if it fits or not. offsets are measure at hub ignoring profile shape. get me any offset for any car, i can make a wheel with that offset and NOT fit.
2. clearance. now there's clearance and there's clearance. on my cup car, factory wheels are 3mm to caliper or so. it CLEARS. and it ALSO SCRAPES..... so when ppl tell you it CLEARS..... dont believe them. you have to SEE WITH YOUR OWN EYES. i am -9.00 near sighted, so when i say clear. well...

Apples and oranges. HRE is known for keeping their offset data in house. In additional barrel size and profile designs come into play.
Agreed. But some are looking for other looks that tirerack doesn't fulfill.
Different manufacturer, different setup/design.

Clearance does not imply acceptable fitment

well, maybe b/c "someone" knows how to add offset properly

I know this may not be up to par for the forged, custom wheel crowd, but was looking at tire rack and saw these. I saw a GT4 at Daytona recently with similar looking OZs and hoosiers. Looking at these instead of the OZs because they offer it 19x11 for the rear and 19x8.5 up front. Wheels weights are similar. Would 255/40/19 and 295/30/19 tires work for this?

Looks like I have no choice but to go to 19".
Question is what is the stickiest tyre in 19"?
Must be road legal.
If it only lasts for 150 miles that's ok.
Price no object.
Im really struggling to find any 19" that can compare to A050s.
