Thanks Mile. I will get some outdoor shots after I get her back from the Xpel install in a few days. She's currently naked without the front lip and side intake surrounds ready to be wrapped. I spent 10 hours today doing detail work to the paint prepping for my Xpel install (Claying, Cleaner Fluid, Some minor Paint correction on the rear deck lid, Wax (Swissvax). Also detailed the interior with full the full Swissvax interior treatment (Leather Cleaner, Leather Milk, Alcantara Treatment, Protect Plastic Treatment, Seal Treatment, Crystal Glass Cleaner). I'm beat.

Yes, please continue to post about your PCCB experience. I almost checked the PCCB box twice especially on the second order but I couldn't get a handle on them after reading all the threads. I really needed to know how often I would need a 20k brake job and I couldn't get a solid answer.

Anyway fantastic build, maybe among the top 5 I've seen so far.

Damn this thing is addicting... a couple more drives tonight with top down and windows up- pretty tolerable even at highway speeds.

Shift linkage is BEST I've ever had in a Porsche- of course, I started with a tail shifter 914 45 years ago...

Picked it up Saturday. Paint to sample Mexico Blue, LWB seats, red stitching. I deleted the Alcantara on the steering wheel and gear shift surround, and while I thought I might regret that, I don't in the least.

The car is just fantastic. I have had a couple of 987.2 Spyders, and while I loved those cars, this one is even better.

That looks gorgeous. Congratulations.

Which dealership? I work in Houston sporadically and keep meaning to visit the showroom near the office in Katy.

Wow that looks beautiful. I have a deposit on the next GT3/GT3RS and that will likely be my paint to sample color. I still prefer silver or yellow stitching with blue but the red is subtle enough. And I love the full leather treatment. It's classic Porsche. Gorgeous enjoy it.

Congrats. Also did leather steering wheel in mine. Can't stand the feel of Alcantara.

Getting the option of PTS on a car (GT cars especially) is mostly blind luck. If the PTS window is open when your allocation is still configurable, you are golden. There may be other nuances that influence it. I'm sure Eduardo or one of other resident PTS gurus can clarify what exactly. Unfortunately it is not something you can easily control. I was extremely fortunate to get it for my car. I think the PTS window for the GT4 was only open for a few weeks.

That face looks familiar. Ha

Congrats on the car man. My GT4 will be delivered in July. I'm sure I'll see you out.

The car is so close floating somewhere in the gulf right now. Supposed to arrive at port on the 10th and hopefully be at the dealer by the 20th. Getting excited!!

Anyone else on the Goodwood?

Awesome! Is that Mexico Blue? If so, then we have 4 Mexico Blue 981 Spyders out there, at least in the US. Mine, skl, nyc123, and yours.
