ROADTRIP 2016/2
after the French Alps in September
I went through Germany to do:
Timmelsjoch - Stelvio - Umbrail - Offen - Forccola - Foscagna - Bernina - Albula (frozen)
that was on Tuesday till Thursday, on saturday they were all covered in snow
I was never this late in the Alps and the colors were amazin (as was the GT4)
harder to get heat in the tires and therefor a bit more understeer
also; with the BMW 1coupéM I loved the Austrian side of the Stelvio, due to the huge power in the low revs
in the GT4 this was a bit disappointing, while the Bernina/Albula/... were more fun in the GT4 because of that lovely chassis
next year I hope to go to Scotland in September of October

Great trip Aeromax and some terrific photos. Your third photo looks like its Leonard Cohen leaning against that wall...kind of spooky.
I did Klausen, Susta, Grimsel and Furka in a magic day back in July in a rented C4S Cab. Just love that Alpine driving.

the French alps are even more fun: Lake Annecy => Monaco (Grand route des Alpes, incl the Col du Turini) and back up the Route Napoleon

Nice photos from the alps.

In fact I did similar a few years ago from Geneva, St Bernard pass down into Italy and then across the French Alps to Chambery, then down Route Napoleon and across through all those "James Bond" roads to Nice over 4 days. Did it in an Aventado, C4S Cab, SLS, R8, Jag, 458 and Aston Vantage V12. Followed by Monancp GP on a Super Yacht. It was simply awesome.

I did a Scotland road trip 3 years back with my past Evora S and Friends in a Cayman 987. Awesome trip, fantastic roads, friendly people, even food weather
