Mine was waiting for the train to port (v300) as of last Wednesday. Hopefully it will be on the same boat as y'alls.

Quickage, are you a member at MSR-C? I am and I'm there pretty regularly tracking my Formula Mazda. I bet we know some similar track guys. Stop on by Texas Autosports one day when we are both at MSR-C. I'm #25, a red and black Formula Mazda. I plan to go this Sat or Sun, for the morning sessions. I'll be driving in the open wheel group.
I'm not a member out there (can't get out there enough to justify), but I run with Driver's Edge, NASA, and Apex out there occasionally. I know exactly where your shop is next to that open air pavilion. I'll swing by next time I'm out there, hopefully in my sapphire blue GT4.

FYI, should you want to track it, according to the shipping schedule, the name of the vessel that leaves 7/17 and stops in Houston is Hoegh Bangkok (Ship # 188). It is actually scheduled to arrive 8/5.

That's it! Moses Smith is the owner of the shop and a hell of a driver. I haven't been doing many DE events, but will register for several at COTA with the GT4. Looking forward to seeing the Sapphire blue! Great choice! If you see a Carrara white GT4 in front or under the pavillon, you will know I am there.

Thanks, Thats good to know. I'm going to try to ignore things a bit, but I will likely occasionally look it up.

Note that it's late arriving to Emden so I doubt it will be in Houston 8/5. Marinetraffic is showing 7/20 eta to Emden.

My car is alledgedly arriving in October. Although my primary home is in La. I also have a house in Katy since most of my clients are in the Houston area. Since I spend more time in Tx., technically my car will be a Tx. GT4.

Looking forward to getting the car. She is ordered with LWB's just like my 991 GT3. I commute in the GT3 back and forth and find the seats comfortable enough for that mission so no issues there. Plan is to share commuting between the two (GT3/4) cars. I am a little conflicted as I will be giving up my 996 GT3 to get the GT4 but I am sure i will get over it quickly.

Anyway, looking forward to getting the car on the track and seeing other GT4's

Wow, I'm so jealous mine was done before yours and is still sitting in Germany!!

Congrats! My bet is that your car is on the Goodwood. Your SA should be able to look at the tracking and see what boat it is on.

Mike, I must be getting lucky. Apparently there were no holdups with my production before shipping it out. I hope yours gets here soon.

SA emailed me saying mine is expected tomorrow at the dealership. I'm happy and nervous....It is a pricy purchase....and I haven't driven a manual in years...

Can I assume from your avatar that you are getting sapphire blue?
If so, please take lots of pics inside and out and post.
And congrats on your new GT4.
cheers

Yes, sapphire blue. My cars were always black or silver...thought I go different this time

Well, if it is true the car is there tomorrow, I'll take a lot of pictures. All I have is my cell phone so no fancy camera for quality pics.

Which dealer are you using? I am hopeful mine will arrive at Porsche of North Houston tomorrow. My GT4 is also Sapphire Blue.
