The Bishu Highway is scheduled to dock on August 14th, my dealer called to say they are transporting cars quickly right now.
The cars could be in DFW as early at Saturday the 15th for us. They've even seen cars unload and make it to Dallas the same day.
The 15th? I'm not sure I'm mentally ready for this! I've been waiting since February and the whole allocation/will I get a car thing makes it all seem like some sort of endless illusion. The thought that a GT4 could actually show up next Saturday seems unreal.
I've also been following Bishu Highway, and wondering why it is sitting just outside Houston. I wonder if the ships get tracked all the way into harbor? It says it is at anchor in Houston. The same thing seemed to happen in Jacksonville: anchored outside for a long time then suddenly sailing to Houston. In any case, no car today. Monday?
If the berth is not available (another vessel using it, etc.) it is common
for a ship to wait at anchor offshore until it's time to move into its berth.

What the heck! Is this a branch of American Airlines where there is always a plane in your gate when you land? Don't they know when it is supposed to arrive?
