I guess you could blip yourself in Neutral to minimize synchro wear and then count on auto-blip to make the minute adjustments for maximum smoothness though.
Sounds reasonable. Definitely something to play around with when I get the car. Only a couple more weeks (knock on wood).

Lucky you, my build isn't until November, which means I'll be picking it up in January at a location that gets snow. I better at least be able to order LWBs....

Fwiw, I only double-clutch when skipping more than two gears, such as 6>3. For everything else I just expect the synchros to do their work.

That's about the most gorgeous Porsche that I have ever seen, and I've seen many over the years. Finally a Porsche that I can afford, but it's still unattainable unless I'm willing to pay a substantial premium over sticker from some speculator, and I'm not willing to do that.

I just got back from a trip to Napa and was noticing how bland the color palate was for every car I saw. White (my choice), black, or some shade of silver everywhere. I was actively looking for color and rarely saw it.

Then I come to this thread...wow. A Guards Red uppercut to the face! Beautiful photos.

I noticed the exact same thing.
When you are mindful of the cars on the road you will notice a lack of color, most cars are either white, black, silver or gray.
That's why I changed from Rhodium Silver to Sapphire blue metallic. It really pops in the sun and looks darker in the shade, 2 colors for one price.

Looking good! Even more confident i my choice of GR. Didn't go with the deviated stitching because I was afraid it would be too much red with the red exterior, calipers and harness, but it looks great. Congrats!
