Maybe outside the US but I believe the Lexan/Roll Bar etc. isn't approved in the US with modern standards.

Here you go........An RS upgrade package will be offered to future 718 GT4 owners...these will be sold by BGB Motorsports, DeMan Motorsports and other top Porsche shops around the country....

And will increase in value it you don't drive it???♂
