Its time to replace mine.

Does anybody have a procure to replace this part?

There are two Torox screws, but then 8 or so push tabs - looking at my new part. Does it just require a good "yank" or is there a better way to remove?

Do a search on the topic, a member did a post on that along with a well done youtube video, I remember watching.

 

There are lessons to be learned if you watch the video, like use the proper tools.

You don't want to yank as you could deform the female side receiver.
Insert a small, flat head screwdriver in the back to release each tab by depressing the saw tooth shaped tab.
