Late-model Porsche GT Market is always highly mileage-dependent. Perimeter's mileage, while wonderfully low for a normal 2016 car, is high for a GT4. With 10,500 on mine, I wholeheartedly approve of the mileage on Perimeter's! But there are still a lot of sub-5000 mile GT4s, and not a small number of sub-2000 mile examples.

I also think that highly optioned cars take a bigger depreciation hit than cars with fewer options.

Correct, but with a touch. WA does not prorate the fees, you pay for a full year whether you use it all or not.
In 2 weeks I swap GT4s for sale.
I did drop my asking price a second time to $15k below MSRP so perhaps think of the PCCB cost as free?
Looking on AT, mine is the lowest price GT4 with PCCBs and even cheaper than some steel brake GT4s.
Great car either way, no track time, no needs, no excuses, no problems.
I have never felt more connected with any other car upon being seated.
Thank you for looking.

Price dropped to $20,000.00 under MSRP, cf mats removed, nobody has a nicer GT4 value!

.
Make that $20k down from MSRP!
There is a whole tale of Dealership 991.2 GT3 decit and betrayal with a promise of GT4 trade in.
Perhaps this is all a big FU to a certain dealership that could have had this profit maker ... you know, backstabbing like in the Medici family!
or maybe it is just a car being sold privately and there is no drama here ...

DAMMIT! This is getting ridiculous. I wish mine would get totaled by a falling meteor while it's parked by itself out at the far end of the Home Depot parking lot tonight. I wouldn't be sending PMs, I'd be sending a deposit and saying, "I'll worry about the details when I get to Scottsdale."
How many years (not many, I'm sure) when those of us with good memories are saying, "Remember back in 18 when Perimeter was selling his no-stories, full-dress 981 GT4 for 20,000 BELOW MSRP? Yeah, I'm talking 981, the last NA model, for below MSRP!"
Seriously, this is going to look crazy before long, like the no-stories 993 C2 I passed on for $38,000 in 99 or 2000.

We are going back to the days a few years ago where GT car resale values were based on the base price msrp and not the actual msrp, meaning that options don't add much if anything to resale. FWIW, my car and my friend's gt4 with around 15k miles were offered 83k on a 93k msrp car from CARMAXX. Low msrp cars depreciate less. I sold my car to the dealer for 83k in February. They tried to resell by asking 104k and it trickled down to 91k when it finally sold in July 5 months later. Who knows what it actually sold for.
OP has a great car and it is properly priced to sell. Glws!
