Not to go too conspiracy theory, but the preloaded GT4 video in the new Track Precision app update revs to 8450 RPM, not 7800. Could simply be a bug however strange nonetheless. Does anyone know if this lap time shown is inline with the 981 GT4 or is this quicker?

Yup... looks like the Spyder will launch first? just like the first generation (987). Looks like I was right about launch color.

A minimum of 2, but likely even more as the life of the 718 platform will live longer than usual. The source is the managing director of Porsche XXX (xxx = a country in Europe, but not GB).

Most importantly .... what engine will it have!?! GT3 detuned, or 9A1 with the powerkit?

Dang...was flying back from the west coast on a redeye flight this AM and must have viewed it unknowingly thus didn’t see any ‘unviewed/new’ stories.
